I am a writer living in Cairo, Egypt. I recently completed an MA in Refugee & Migration Studies and am presently grappling with what to do with my life now that the constant smog of thesis-writing is not hanging over me. I am a staff writer for a feminist culture blog and a prolific cat-lover. I support the #Jan25 uprising and its continued struggle against SCAF’s illegitimate rule.
